At Under the Gable we would like to make your online shopping experience as awesome and simple as possible. We offer a flat rate postage of $12.99 and for express postage $20 for all orders within Australia.
We want you to love your purchase. However if you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, please return the unworn, unused product with the original tags still attached within 7 days of receiving it.
Refunds can only be processed with the method payment used.
All sale items are final. We do not accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept sale items back for exchange, credit note or refund. Once you have purchased a SALE Item it is final and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to not accept the item back if we feel that the item has been used or if the item has been damaged eg make-up or tan stains etc.
Please Note: If you require a refund we only refund the cost of the product being returned. We do not refund initial postage nor do we cover the cost of postage for products being returned.
If you are wanting to exchange the item you have purchased for a different size please send an email with your request to: email@example.com
If you wish to exchange a prepaid postage satchel must be enclosed with the return already filled out with your address so we can resend the requested exchange items. Once we have received the items back we will then ship out the requested exchange items.
Our returns policy is intended to allow an enjoyable online shopping experience. However, continual returns and disregard for our terms and conditions will be flagged, and may lead to the refusal of future returns or orders, at our discretion.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All items sent out are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a replacement for you.
